• Leaking Skylights- Over time skylights can begin leaking due to aging seals, flashing failures, or roof system deterioration. We identify the source of water intrusion and repair or replace skylight systems to restore proper waterproofing.

• Brittle or Cracked Skylight Panels- Older fiberglass and polycarbonate skylight panels can become brittle, yellowed, or cracked from years of UV exposure. We replace deteriorated panels with modern daylighting materials that restore natural light and improve durability.

• Skylights Nearing End of Life- Many commercial skylights have a service life of 15–25 years. When roofing systems are replaced, it is often recommended to replace aging skylights at the same time to avoid future leaks and costly roof penetrations.
